I want to give a shoutout to Jill W. and the through after installation inspection she did on our new unit and periodic inspection of our second system. She took the time to explain what she was looking for and made minor adjustments to both systems for optimal performance. She is a rock star in the HVAC world!

Our central ac broke on a very hot day and i was baking for a birthday party so you can imagine the heat! They came with temporary acs until the next day when they can bring a new system! Very fast service and very friendly staff!!

Cortez showed up with a professional and courteous attitude. Immediately went to work, after thoroughly checking my AC, he diagnosed it to be a bad compressor within 5 mins. Cleaned up and put everything back the way he found it. Afterwords, he presented me with my 3 options plans and explained all to the penny. This guy knows his stuff!

The technician Colby came out today for annual inspection, maintenance, and cleaning. He is very knowledgeable in the HVAC field. His customer service was the best I have received in years. He explained everything he did every step of the way. He replaced a defective part that was under warranty, cleaned drain line, and repaired leaks at the air handler. He's by far the best technician that has been to my house in the past 22 years.

The technician Alexander Stokes was very friendly and knowledgeable, describing each step in the process and what was wrong with the unit. He completed the service quickly and described exactly what he did and how it helped the HVAC unit.

Chris R. hooked us up again with quality and friendly service. We called and requested him since he had been here before. We only had to wait 45 minutes from the time we called for service. He diagnosed our issue and we are back up and running. Great company and a great technician. We will always use him and We Care while we are in middle Georgia.
