It took over two months before the project was started and we had to keep calling to get an update on the starting time of our project. They could have been a little more professional in letting the customer know the status of their project without the customer having to contact you. The two men that done the work were very professional and polite and done a very wonderful job.

I absolutely love the service from the sale presentation through to the finish the project. The greatest person the customer sees is the installer. Victor is absolutely exceptional, I'm sure you wish you could clone him. He is professional in all ways; his area is clean at all times and took care of my home as if it were his. Victor was able to explain a way a problem that was created by the sales person. The hanging barn door present a set of unique problems that the sales person should review with the customer. Victor handled it so professional in trying to teach me. I also wanted the wall to go to the ceiling and if I hadn't called in and added the trim the job would not be completed with a finished look. The sales people need to explain more to the customer as I thought I could have that trim about shoulder height as in he picture but it was really needed to fill the gap between the gap and the ceiling.
Those are just a couple of issues created by the sales force, but; victor handled everything in an exceptional professional manner.

The whole process was easy and pleasant. Everyone from Qui who did my at home estimate, to Tim at the installation office, to Cory and Eric who actually did the install was great to work with. After years of having different people patch on my ac system, only to never fix it but take my money - I finally have a system that works with a digital thermostat and energy efficient. I'm looking forward to lower energy bills every month. Thank you to everyone at Sears who helped me.

Our furnace caught on fire, very terrifying. Sears made it so easy had an adjuster out me the next week we had a new furnace. The guys who came to install the furnace were very nice punctual and polite. Would definitely recommend to everyone

* My overall experience was good, from the sales person to the installation. There were some delays in getting the windows but it’s ok. I understand due to Covid, delays were inevitable.

The actual Contractors who installed our windows were competent. The management portion was a joke. If you want me to return your calls in a timely manner, maybe you should do the same. Yes?! I would recommend the Contractors to install your windows, but you should probably buy the windows themselves elsewhere.
UPDATE: Received a form letter response regarding review about how Sears "can help out". So I sent in the requested information only to immediately receive a "we'll get back to you"-style 'bot response. That was on Tuesday, it is now Friday, and amazingly, I have received zero actual follow up. I am not surprised as this has been the communication standard for Sears Home Services the entire course of this project. I gave them two-stars before, because of the contractors they used. I have lowered it to 1-star as even their mea culpa follow up is a sham.
NEVER use Sears Home Improvement Services, unless you have money to burn, enjoy being lied to, and love being generally ignored.

I am very happy with the heating and air installation we had done with Sears recently. They finished everything efficiently. All in one day. All seems to be working very well so far. I would definitely recommend Sears heating and air to anyone who cares about quality and making sure everything is up to code. We were approved quickly for credit and the monthly price was affordable. Thank you Sears!

The installation team did a great job of not only putting in my new heating system but they also corrected errors from the original builder that caused the air to not circulate properly in the master bedroom. Highly recommend!
