Excellent Service. Jod come the day I called for the repair of my washing machine, he came even way after business hours which I much appreciated. Jod came back the following day with the spare part needed and was able to repair the machine in no time. Jod is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend his services to anyone.

Great service and quick too! Called and was able to get someone over within 24 hours. And the flexibility for my busy schedule was awesome. Will definitely keep their number stored just incase a friend is in need. :-)

I called the place base on the reviews, when the tech came to fix my washer he told me that i need it the "actuator" and quote me that the part was $125 paying a total of $230 (tech was in and out in 10min). I called back whirlpool and quote me $50 for the part and called Energy Appliance and they told me that their price was base on the manufacturer asked why i was charge $75 extra. The person apologize and that will talk with the owner and will get a call back and have not heard from them ever since.

Joe, was helpful in showing me where the filter was and how to change for future reference. Was very professional. Call back for other appliance repairs.

Made an appointment for yesterday from 3 to 5. No show. No call. I called the office at 4:47 only to have someone pick up the phone and hang it back up. Called right back and they had turned on the answering service. Ridiculous unprofessional company. Moving on.
