Joe was able to diagnose the problem my refrigerator was having and within a couple of days (had to order a part) the refrigerator was back to normal. Thank you Joe.

Emergency washing machine issues... We've all been there. Well, this, was one of those great experiences that I will gladly share and call on again, when needed. Not only was there excellent communication and responsiveness, but there was a sense of care that only you can count on from a local small business owner. The part was not easy to find, and the installation was not easy, but he was fair on price and thorough with the final outcome. I highly recommend using Energy Appliance Repair and HVAC.

There was a refrigerator error, so Mr. Joe came and fixed it. I'm satisfied with his detailed and honest repairs. I'll have to request it again next time when other things break down.

Joe came out to my house the same day I called to fix my oven which was completely dead. He found right away that my oven needed a replacement part which he had on him! He fixed it right then and there quickly and for a very affordable price. Payment was easy, too, because he takes credit cards. As soon as he left I baked muffins and they were perfect! 5 stars all the way!

Joe was great. He came in and diagnosed my dishwasher the Monday before Thanksgiving, ordered the part and had fixed on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. This guys are great. I have been using their services for about 10 years and they have been great every time.
