They came out very quickly after I called them and the service man was extremely pleasant to deal with and answered my many questions. He seemed very knowledgeable with my problem and fixed it quickly. I felt the price was reasonable and I would have no hesitation using the company again should a need arise.

I called several days ago to have this company come out to repair my washer. They gave me a Friday afternoon appointment between 1-4. I took off work, only to sit here and find out AFTER 4 pm that the repairman cannot make it until 5/530 and I have to be somewhere at 630, so I had to cancel. Now I have to call another company. The lady on the phone's explanation was, "I just pack his schedule too full I guess". Maybe they're good if they show up. I wouldn't know.

The repairmen came out to fix my washer, he was very knowledgeable of what the issue was at hand. He explained to me what needed to be repaired, and completed the task efficiently. I will definitely reccommend this company for all repair needs!
