Customer service good. Sent a technician out quick to fix A/C not cooling. Prices for repairs were a bit expensive. Every recommended fix had a $200 price tag or entire new system $9000+. We did what would get A/C cooling again but that was it for now.

The technician called before he arrived, he wore his mask and shoe covers when entering our home, he was very informative when explaining the issue, and was a nice guy overall. I would highly recommend using Assured Comfort over the rest. I called a few and nobody could get out for a few days! It was 80° in our house and with two kids that wasn’t happening! Assure came the same day and had us back in the cool same day!

Three Technicians during three separate service appointments told me I needed various parts for my unit. They also told me I needed to replace my entire unit. After having two other companies come out for a 2nd and 3rd opinion I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with my system. I replaced various parts of my system through Assured, and now I'm wondering if I needed those parts. I'm a Army/war veteran, and the owner claims to be one as well. This is not the military way!

We’ve had a service contract with Assured Comfort for several years. We have also used their plumbing services a few times. They’ve always done a good job for us and respond quickly.

The technicians at Assured Comfort Heating and Air are always friendly, helpful and punctual for their appointments. At this visit he was able to repair our air conditioner quickly and efficiently.

Had odor coming up thru pipes. Repairman recommended replacement - galvanized w/PVC. Also removed and installed vanity and toilets. Excellent work and quite costly. But smell still remains.

Great experience with this company. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and the installation team was quick and friendly. Very happy with the price as well.

Brandon also replaced my filter for me while here and installed a surge protector for the motor. He is the nicest guy and very informative without being pushy.

From the owner on down, the professional approach to getting the job done well is the goal. Four Seasons does not cut corners like many outfits. You can trust this company to not oversell with your heating and a/c needs.
