I like to make periodic trips into the Macon store and sometimes on trips I will visit other locations to pick up an item. I have always found the people and the selections to be the best.

No sales people on floor . Four people in back room. Ask them a question. Did give answer. But didn't come out to see if I needed help . Cashier could have been nicer. On the rude side.

Northern tool in Macon is a great place to shop. 99% of the time they have what I need in stock and the customer service is always on point.

Update: 11/2015, this location has been reset. Some products are no longer carried in the store. The reset has provided a clean easy to navigate layout.

2011: Doesn't offer as good of product selection as does the Stockbridge location.

Always happy with my purchase. Easy to view online search. Friendly people in the store.
