Northern Tool + Equipment

Just needed to pick up 1/2 of an online order that I placed a couple of weeks ago and it went smoothly. The other 1/2 of the order was backordered which Northern Tool didn't let me know until I contacted them 2 days after the original promise date. But that's on NT headquarters, not the helpful employees at my local store.

People work there always helpful and got really great skill to explain about product. Best customer care. Love to buy from there even it's take me more than 20 minutes to get there even I live close to lowes. Thanks and really appreciate your help.

First 1st ever visit to northern tools and a equipment. It isIt is definitely 3 steps up from Harbor freight definitely see the higher quality of tools and equipment in this place for sure.And I do understand both businesses cater to different crowds as far as financial standings.

online order was completed . I need to be able to use in store only discount coupons . Other tool stores are available in my area

Easy online purchase with a user friendly website. New user account set up was super easy, I only had to provide a password during checkout, I did not have to re-enter any of my previously entered data. The online checkout accepted my discount codes and that made the deal even better.

In store staff were very helpful, I ended up buying more than I had planned because of the great selection and price. I continue to order online. Just wish the shipping cost were lower.

Pleasantly surprised! Found item that I had been looking to get for months online, I found it on Northern T& I website, ordered it online and will pickup at the Macon location. Both the in-store and on-line customer support representatives were knowledgeable and helpful. Great job!!

Drove 50 miles (we are in a rural area) for a replacement hose for the pressure washer I purchased at Northern. I took a picture of it as well as had serial number. The manager was called to assist me. He told me that I would have to bring it in or he couldn't help me. There was an identical pressure washer in the store, just a different brand name on it. He didn't even suggest that we look at it. Nor did he try to find out if the hose I needed could be ordered. Would he have been more helpful if I was a guy? Don't know, but I felt dismissed and won't go back there.

I wanted a hammer , made in America ,, nowhere in Macon ,, everything in this store china made , I WANT HONARABLE OPTIONS ! ,, also 4 lb china hammer , $27.00 !!!!
