Middle Georgia Heating & Air Conditioning

4 months ago, Jessie told me we had a leak and needed a new AC unit. He said he could install it within 2 weeks. I’ve been very patient as I know he is busy and workers are hard to retain, but it’s been four months and my last 4 electric bills have been nearly $400. I’ve called him a few times and he keeps stringing us along and saying he will come, but he has yet to show up. Don’t waste your time with him, call another company.

Jessie is an A+ guy. Very friendly and caring. Came out on a Sunday. He told us it would be a couple of hours before he could get to us but saw where he could come earlier and he did. He was in no hurry. Answered our questions and explained what was wrong. I will definitely be referring him and this company. Thanks for your A+ Customer Service.

Jessie was a nice individual and very knowledgeable in his profession. I had another company out to my house in July and I thought they did their job, but I was wrong. Good thing I was in the middle of selling my house and had my Realtor recommend this company. My AC should be good as new and ready for the new future owners to enjoy.

Unfortunately, not a good experience. They were as nice as could be once they finally called me back after I left a couple of messages. Once they cam out they determined they couldn’t find the part they needed and that was the last I heard from them. I guess people these days have enough money and don’t need mine.

Jessie was the best. He replaced our unit a couple of years ago, and it works great. Our thermostat went out and Jessie came out after hours to fix. He was most concerned that my wife and four kids had a comfortable home due to the current heat. They are the best and I would highly recommend them for all of your hvac needs.

We had an emergency and the owner came out right away. After hours I may add. He got our problem fixed and was the cheapest around. We haven’t used anyone since using Jessie. Please give them a call. I have recommended 2 friends and they were very pleased with timelines, quality and price. You won’t be disappointed. At all!!

Worst company ever they will install a new unit at a great price. If something goes wrong will not honor Warranty they work. Plus it take 4 to 6 months to get them to fix what is broken then slap you with a service fee on what should be warranty work. Jessie Wooten has been to my house twice a year since the new unit has been installed 2017 they will really push it out until your 1 year warranty is up on the labor I would stay clear of this company. You get what you pay for. If I could give negative numbers I would.

Mr. Jessie Wooten was referred to us by a family friend, as the air conditioning unit stopped working at my mother's home. I stand corrected on the earlier review I did for this company. Mr. Jessie finally made it to my mother's home and repaired the air conditioning unit in less than 30 minutes. When we finally met and talked with him, we learned that he had been very bust the past few weeks. Needless to say, this nice gentleman more than made up by giving my family great service at a very reasonable price! We will be calling him again should the need arise. Thank you, Mr. Jessie!

Jessie and his crew at Middle Georgia Heating & Air are incredible. They respond fast and work on the weekends if necessary. I've used other HVAC companies and I will never use another company as long as I'm in Middle Georgia. They try to fix your system before asking you to install a new one.
