It's a retail store selling mostly Chinese tools and work supplies. They're well-stocked and well-staffed. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The merchandise is usually of higher quality than Harbor Freight, and the goods are more expensive. They also sell utility trailers, work clothes and hydraulic cylinders, valves, and hoses. They have a department in back that does small engine repair.

We came in looking for a weed eater rack and asked an associate where they were and we walked to the isle where she said they were and they were not there so we asked her again and she told us another isle . We found them but they were not the ones we were looking for and we checked online and it said they had the ones we were wanting . We never saw them and it would have been nice if the associate would have actually stopped putting out merchandise to help us for 5 min . Also the ladies bathroom was not clean .

Highly disappointed with the fact that they sell equipment that they don't make parts for. Bought a welding machine just to find out you cannot get replacement parts for it anywhere. Now I have to deal with down time and an unknown refund date. Also took a loss on the 3 year warranty I purchased.

This store has done nothing to protect customers from pandemic. No employees were masks and I was only customer with a mask. They have not installed a shield between cashier and customer. The cashier stood less then 3 ft in front of me and did not attempt to keep back even seeing my mask. He is breathed on by every customer he checks out so the chances that he is sick is very high and this business does not care. I will never shop here again even when this pandemic is over.

I was amazed. The young girl that help me with the Briggs & Stratton engine was very knowledgeable and waited on me very quick she was friendly and had a beautiful smile. When I got to the register the cashier ask me if I had oil. I didn't so she got me what I needed and another girl assisted her by going and getting it. Anyway I could not believe the teamwork where everyone was working together. The best service I think I've ever had anywhere I'm not sure what their names were but they need to be commended l .....
I have just found out a few days later the main girl that helped me was named Elizabeth. I came back to the review because I want her to know how special she is. People like this are the ones who keep the the doors two big companies open 😉😉😉😉😉

The store staff has not been helpful, and I tried to make an online order for pickup... they sent me a confirmation email that they received payment, and another email that Northern Tool has cancelled the order! No reason or explaination.
