Northern Tool + Equipment

My husband purchased a generator the day after Irma. Our electricity came back on, so we did not use the generator. It is still in an unopened box. Their receipt states something about returning items purchased during a storm, etc. First of all....who even looks at their receipt? Secondly, this information should have been told to the customer. Very disappointed that Northern Tool won't take back an unopened, unused generator.

They refused to open the doors 3 minutes early so we can get out of the cold.. Apparently corporate says don't unlock the doors not a minute before 8am...is there any common sense left in this world?

Price good, shipping too high. Would not take my Visa card?
