Awesome company with a personal touch. Same day service. My air went out on a very hot ATL day and my dogs and I were miserable. David came and took great care of me and didn't leave until the house started cooling off. He took the time to answer all of my questions even though his work shift had ended. He told me how long it would take for the house to reach my desired temperature. He went back and double checked everything and gave me his number to reach him if I had any problems. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. You won't be disappointed

Atlair replaced the entire air conditioning system in my house and I am very satisfied with the work they did. Furthermore, their prices are very competitive. I had been needing a replacement HVAC for years now, but was worried the cost would be really expensive. ATLAIR gave me a great price for an Amana 3ton unit, 60K BTU heater and all new ducts! They finished the job in just two days and didn't obligate me to pay a deposit, albeit, I knew them personally too. Nonetheless, they did a fantastic job and my house is cool and comfortable now. Really happy! Price anywhere else would have been at least a thousand or more I am sure. They hauled the old unit and any trash too. Very satisfied and would recommmend. Had the work done end of April 2017.

I have been using ATLAIR for several years and have always been satisfied with the work that they do. They are honest, trustworthy, and very professional.

I mainly use them for heating and air maintenance, but I have also used them for electrical repairs and home improvement projects. For instance, earlier this year they ripped up my old deck and installed a brand new one. It looks fantastic and find myself spending more time outside grilling and drinking beer.

What keeps me coming back to ATLAIR for HVAC and other repairs? Well, it's the fact that they are are affordable, honest and reliable. There are many HVAC companies out there who are good at what they do, but they are expensive and try to sell you products that you probably don't need. ATL AIR is the complete opposite of that and always want to serve the customer the right away.

He has done dozens of HVAC projects for me. He is a genuine, honest, upstanding professional, who will do things right the first time, and will never add unnecessary services.

All the hvac companies claim to have superior customer service, but rarely deliver, and most of them are a nightmare. Not so with ALTAIR. David, and David (yes, the two Davids), did a fantastic job repairing my Carrier Infinity hvac system when it malfunctioned. I called at 10:30 this morning (Aug. 31, 2017). A human being answered my call-not a call queue- and yes, even though we are going into the Labor Day weekend, they got to my home within a few hours [if you've ever had an hvac situation, you know this is MAJOR]. They assessed the problem, coordinated with Sears, who couldn't get here until September 5th (hmmmm), then ALTAIR obtained the parts. They came back and repaired our a/c system in less than 30 minutes. This was all done the SAME DAY, for a FAIR PRICE! They did not gouge us. Now, I have been with Sears since 2010, and dealt with other companies prior to 2010 - and from my experience(s), I can tell you that most hvac companies, these days, are a total nightmare; they simply do not provide this level of SUPERIOR SERVICE. ALTAIR REALLY DELIVERS. Based on my experience with them today, I will always recommend them to anyone!

Atlair is a great company. There are not many out there who honor what they say they will do. 3 years later since I bought the air conditioner and they still stand by their word.
