ATLAIR - HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

I recently posted a 1 star rating for my experience, however Atlair reached out to me about my experience and fixed it immediately! I must say I'm very impressed with the level of services that I received and for that I'm gladly to give a 5 star rating and highly recommend this company!

Wow! Do yourself a favor and call ATLair!! We tried contacting our home warranty to get someone out to fix our heat (we’ve had 22* weather and heat went out), after 1 hr 20 min wait with no answer, we happened to see an ATLair van in our neighborhood.. I didn’t think it would hurt to call to see if they’d be able to stop by after fixing our neighbor’s air.. I called, they were over in 10 minutes! Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took time to explain to us exactly what the problem was and showed us with their tool that the air was heating up! Price was more than fair and I felt they were being 100% fair and transparent.. no jacked up or hidden fees. We will choose to use them over contacting our home warranty or ANYONE else!! Highly recommend!! Thanks guys!
