Very professional. Very good service. We will continue to use ELM HVAC ! We're very happy with services provided.

Instead of calling themselves Best in Kennesaw should be called WORST IN AMERICA. NO CALL NO SHOW. Requested service when it was 100 degrees and AC system down. Refused to answer phone and did not call back after VM left. THEY DESERVE NO STARS!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE or like COVID!!!

Charles was great. I was late getting home but he had our units up and running before I even got home. Will use again.
