They came out to replace my water heater and were very responsive and professional. I highly recommend ELM for any HVAC services. Great quality service !!!! They removed the old unit and disposed of it for me. I was greatly satisfied with their work and customer service.

The ELM technician I had was very professional and did a GREAT job. My heat pump went out and it was going to be the first cold snap of this season and I was so thankful for their fast response. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Charles came to our house and quickly identified and fixed the issue. Finished in less than an hour and stayed around to check to make sure everything was running correctly. Will definitely use again if we have any future issues!

This company is amazing. I had 3 other HVAC people come out who couldn't figure out why my heat would sometimes work and sometimes not. They came out and figured it out fast and got a new motherboard for my heating and got it fixed promptly.

We had ELM HVAV come out on 2 separate occasions. We went through our home warranty. First time they refilled the freon and brought our unit back up to pressure. I work on medicine and my husband is in media….we do not know these things, so we trusted the company our home warranty sent out. Second time was about 3 weeks later our unit began blowing hot air again, we were told a wire needed to be reconnected. Our AC worked for about 3 days. We called our home warranty and insisted upon using a different company as we we were not comfortable having the same company come out a third time. New company came today (July 21). Said we need a new unit. Will cost more to fix the current unit from 1996, which we asked ELM if it’s best to get a new unit and were told NO, and we were also told by the new company to NOT turn the electricity on to our AC as it is a fire hazard! That puts my family, pets, and my neighbor in danger! I am so glad I insisted upon a different company coming out to inspect our unit for the third time since June 14th i when everything began. They are insisting we need new unit and the current one is unsafe. We asked ELM at their visits if we needed one and were told no.

Ernest Harris, Jr., came to install a Nest common wire. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and was pleasant even when he discovered he would have to work in the crawl space. His knowledge was spot on about Nest products, and he was very considerate of my home. The job did not take more than 20 minutes as he new exactly what to do. I would use his services again. Even my Jack Russel liked him. Thanks for a great job!
