My home warranty signed me up with this company to come look at my air handling unit. They were supposed to call me with in 24-48 hours. I had to call them after that since I hadn't heard anything from them . They answer and they put me on hold for 30 mins then hung up and wouldn't answer my calls for the rest of the afternoon. The next day they answered the phone and scheduled an appointment with me 2 1/2 weeks later. Come the morning of the appointment, which I took off work to be home, I call them and they have no record of my appointment. they then proceed to lead me on the rest of the day as if they were still going to make it, costing me a whole day of work and still no hvac fix. I will not be using these guys again and have directed my home warranty to not use them for any of my future issues that may come up.

Ernest was thorough and fast. He came out within two hours of my call. I love these people!!

There was miscommunication regarding the scheduled time and Elm HVAC was able to get me in the schedule and evaluate my system in the dead of this ATL Heat wave and for that I'm giving 5 stars. I have had some companies not show up so it was nice to experience good customer service.

Ernest was on time and offered great insight to help us regularly service our AC unit. We will be using him again!

The worse company I have ever worked with. They scheduled multiple appointments with me and didn’t keep one. My family and I had two ac units out and the owner knew it and still didn’t come as promised. I’ve called several times and he ignores calls. Do not use them.

Very professional and excellent service provided by Elm HVAC. Ernest kept me informed throughout the whole process and my unit was replaced in a timely manner. I would recommend Elm HVAC for all your HVAC services.
