ELM HVAC

This company came out and installed an air conditioner for my mom on August 17, 2020. They stepped through her ceiling leaving a hole. We were told someone would be by the next week to fix it. After, several messages left and no return phone calls, the hole is still not repaired.

December 2, 2020.
This company told First American Home Warranty that they didn't know about a hole left in my mom's ceiling from August. Luckily, we have pictures and proof that the hole was left by an employee with this company. Also, because they have been disputing the incident my mom still doesn't have a working air conditioner or heat unit. I feel like they could at least be honest about their mistakes. Thank you
