    My mother asked me to write this review for ELM HVAC. We had no heat waking up this morning. We were referred by a good friend of ours. They were very responsive and got to us fast. We now have heat. My mother loves their service. She highly recommends them.

    I had ELM come out to do a long overdue maintenance check on all three of my systems-they were on time, clean and I am so glad they came when they did! My filters were a mess and I have some units that are roughly 12 years old and he caught a problem and fixed so I will get even more life out of them instead of needing new systems now. Your honesty and professionalism are greatly appreciated!

    ELM was assigned to our job through our home warranty company. Ernest did a fantastic job. He was at our house to diagnose the problem within 24 hours of submitting the claim with our warranty company and had the problem fixed within 24 hours of receiving the parts. He wore shoe protectors, gloves and a respirator, which is appreciated during this time.

    I cannot reccomend them enough!

    I submitted an online request to my home warranty service regarding my air conditioning not working. ELM HVAC was assigned the work order. I called the company to get an idea of when someone would be available. The owner has yet to call me back 48 hours later. Customer service should matter in any business.

    With all due respect, my warranty company never contacted me on your behalf. There was no misunderstanding: you did not meet your contractual obligation. A simple phone to schedule the appointment would have been the right thing to do. Please don't patronize me with your response. Implement better business practices.
