Not only did he get my heat back up and running but also made some recommendations on things I can do to extend the life of my system (without being pushy). Very professional and knowledgeable! Will definitely be using ELM again and referring friends and family!

    I wish zero starts was an option. I am so disappointed. This is my first time working with this company. I filed a claim with my home warranty and that is how I got stuck with them. They came to my house told me the news about my AC. One week later I get an email I’m on the schedule for Wednesday. Wednesday comes no one shows up. When I called they said the part wasn’t on the truck it will be here Thursday. They said I’ll see them on Friday. Friday comes, my appointment is scheduled between 8am-1pm. I called and spoke to the technician at noon, he asks me how I got his number, umm sir did you forget you gave me your business card. He tells me I’m on the schedule for the day and he’s coming. 1pm no technician. I called the office and left a message. 2:30pm I call the tech’s phone and send a text. No technician. 3:34pm I called 2-10 Home Warranty to see if they could help. They reached out to the tech he tells them they got behind schedule but they are coming. He reads my text at 3:52pm. 6pm no technician. I send him another text at 6:24pm asking what is going on and why he isn’t responding. He reads the text at 6:52pm, no response. I call 2-10 Home Warranty again and they call and send ELM HVAC an email, no response. I send another text to the tech at 7:27pm he reads it at 7:47pm, then he reads the next one I send at 7:58pm. No reply. If not for the fact I could see he is reading my text I would have no proof he’s actually getting my messages. I’m not sure what great company you all are talking about but it can’t be this one. These people are unprofessional, unresponsive, and clearly don’t give a damn about customer needs or service. I have escalated my issue with 2-10 Home Warranty. If I don’t get a response I will be filing a complaint with the BBB because they took my money for a service fee, claim they ordered the part knowing they had no intention of completing the job. I would avoid these people and just stick with any one of their competitors.
