Our technician was josh. He was on time and very professional. We knew our system was due for replacement and josh was able to handle it! He was very organized and walked us through the whole process! I highly recommend this company! And it’s veteran owned ❤️

Had a great experience with Patriot Heating and Cooling. My AC wasn’t working properly so I gave them a call. Tyler and his assistant Clay were able to come out and diagnose the problem. They gave me a couple of options I could go with and we’re able to answer all my questions.

What services can you not find on a beautiful Saturday late afternoon, early evening unless you are prepared to sell your firstborn or take out a 2nd mortgage? Why any and all of them, including service for a home cooling system. Such was my unplanned plight. My normal technician was far away out of state and it was getting pretty uncomfortable. I recalled seeing in the past glowing reviews for Patriot Heating and Cooling, so I contacted them. Weekend surcharges initially prohibited a service call, so I booked for Monday. But know what – they called back and said they were sending a tech out to see if he could help and we would discuss cost later. The tech came, driving half an hour and spent an hour testing and assessing and tweaking to get me operational again. These folks didn’t know me from Adam; they didn’t know whether I was a penny pinching closet millionaire or living below the poverty level. They did not ask; they only knew I would not have air until at least Monday afternoon. And they cared. This speaks volumes about the integrity of Patriot Heating and Cooling. I will never go elsewhere and will shoot their praises from the highest rooftop whenever I can. Thank you, Patriot. You are good people.

I had a annoying leak under my house and Taylor from patriot plumbing came out and fixed it with little mess and was very polite and respectful...did and excellent job thank yall so much
