Let me start with the initial phone call to Patriot - Casey is personable, knowledgeable, helpful and just an absolute pleasure to talk with to arrange the service call. Once the appointment is scheduled - their system provides texts that confirm the visit, advise when the techinician is on the way and sends quoted if required. They came out to my place on Memorial Day…and there was no extra charge. Finally - on the day the work was performed - the crew included Chris, Ethan, Noah and John - great guys, professional and completed the job thoroughly after taking the time to explain everything to me. Of note - they ended up doing a bit more than was noted on the quote - and they stuck to the price on the quote. This whole company is a class act. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for some excellent plumbing service.

Our technician showed up a little early, which was great! He was very friendly, explained what he was doing and notified us when he needed to turn off water for a few minutes. He cleaned up after himself, took our old hot water heater with him, and we couldn't have been happier with the service provided.

Patriot Heating and Cooling did an amazing job installing my Nest thermostat. I will use them next for any hvac service!

These guys are amazing! I called on a Monday, they were out the following Wednesday and took care of everything I needed in less than an hour! The were $800 LESS than another well known company!!! Use them! I don’t think you will regret it!

I called today and my unit wasn’t working properly. They were able to fit me in the schedule today. Josh got here and my unit went out. He was able to get a new unit installed, up and running. I would highly recommend Patriot to any and everyone. Thank you for all the hard work to the entire team.
