Patriot Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

I highly recommend Patriot for both HVAC system work and plumbing repairs.
I always get excellent service, utmost professionalism and great communication.
I used both services recently and received quality work both times. I had a new HVAC system installed along with a new hot water heater and pipe repair. Everything is operating with precision.

Plumber was sharp, freindly and helpful in explaining the diagnoses, burst pipe. Morever, was willing to come after hours and a long day! He found the burst pipe due to freezing without even having to turn the main water supply vavle back He then set about to quickly repair the issue. Next he checked his work and found a second pipe with a smaller rupture, which he also quickly repaired. Had he not done a good check of his initial work, we may have only discovered the smaller leak at a later time. It was good that he did the dillegence to maker sure there were no other issues.

Lance Miller was a joy to have in my home and did a fabulous job addressing my pumping issues. I will be recommending him to my friends and family.

They were quick to respond with help with our older home. Had them replace the sewage line when they showed us they were still original to our 130 yr old house. They had the work done that same day. We had to call them back out because we still don't have very decent plumbing. Say there is no issues with our lines & now there's a new issue beyond & gave us a starting quote of beginning at $4000. They said apparently this issue arose after the repair was done & they didn't see it. So I tried asking them for advice on how to bring up this matter to the city to find out if it was a city issue since it was beyond my lines apparently. I also asked if they would come fix the release valve thing that they cut off so I could try to stop the sewer water from going into the yard where my dogs & 2 year old play. I got ignored on both, which I guess is their way of saying it's not their issue anymore.

It’s Tuesday after the single digit freezing temps we had over Christmas so they were slammed with jobs! They managed to get the job done despite their employee call-outs! They repaired the pipes on our well pump that bursted. Professional & courteous! I would use their services again in the future!

Outstanding customer service by Noah Lanfear. The response time when I called for service was excellent. Noah came out the next day, gave me a very reasonable estimate and installed my tankless water heater the same day. I am extremely pleased. It's great to have hot water again!!

Noah and BJ were extremely professional. They had to replace a water line in my front yard. They even went under my cement walkway! They took the the time to answer all of my questions. Once they were completed, they even hauled off rocks and bricks that they dug up putting in our new water line. I would definitely recommend this company. We were very impressed. Thank you Patriot!!
