Patriot heating and cooling great quote. Service techs Aaron, Mitchell, and Tyler great stand up fellas very professional. Came and installed new inside and outside units. Triple checked making sure everything was good to go before leaving.

Patriot was recommended by another plumbing firm to reline and repair our pipes. They were very professional and were very delicate with my yard during the pipe removal and installation which I did not expect. Over the course of the project they ran into some issues which delayed the completion of the service. As a customer this was a little frustrating but I can say that Chris as his team corrected the issue and were very responsive to my concerns.

I recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber that is responsive and will give you a honest opinion of the issue you are experiencing.

Life savers! We have been needing new units for 2-3 years now but kept putting a band aid on it, this is the year that we had to get new ones. I called Patriot and Kenny Edge came out promptly to quote us and discuss our options. We never felt pressured into anything and felt that everything was talked about thoroughly; Mr. Edge made us understand everything before we made our decision. It was a no brainer. Patriot was the company we wanted to go with. The price point was great, the install guys (Tyler and team) were on time, professional and well mannered, left no trace of someone coming in and out of the house. They were wonderful and now we have air. I will forever recommend Patriot to anyone that needs a great recommendation - and I kept my money in Jackson County which was icing on the cake!

I called Patriot because they are a local small business. I needed my duct work checked out to see why I was feeling cool air leaking in my attic from my main unit and its connections. My house in only five years old and I bought it less than a year ago so this was a concern for a “young” system. They came the next day, serviced my unit and gave me a quote for ducting seal repair work. Once I approved the quote (which was reasonable in cost), they scheduled to come the next day to repair where the builder cut corners five years ago. All the service techs who came were respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up well and worked great around my pets and kids.

They are the best! They installed in the rain, God bless them. New AC & heat pump. They even had to do breaker work. They were very quick & very professional. I highly recommend this company.

We needed our AC serviced in a pinch. I called Patriot in the evening and, much to my delightful surprise, they dispatched a service agent who came to my front door hours after I placed the call! We were amazed, especially since I'd called around to other businesses, which gave me a minimum of a 24 hour wait time (understandable for sure, given this time of year!)! To put it succinctly, Cory came out and saved the day! On the eve of Mother's Day, with a number of guests staying in our home, we were desperate to have our upstairs air fixed! But again, Cory came out and, within a half hour or less, diagnosed and resolved the issue! In a matter of moments, our upstairs AC unit was back in business! Thank y'all SO MUCH! I'd also like to mention that Patriot has this map tracking app that allows customers to view their technician's location (in real time!) as they travel to your home or place of business (like Amazon's GPS tracking capability)! Long story short - call Patriot IMMEDIATELY if you're in need of help! You won't find a faster, more convenient, more reasonably priced business out there! Also, if he's working, ask for Cory! He's the best!

My husband and I have been extremely happy with Patriot! I needed a heat/ac unit installed in my new photography studio and received several quotes from different companies, but ultimately decided that Patriot was the way to go for multiple reasons! They gave us options, gave us a quote before leaving the site, offered financing and got the job done within 1 week!

My air went out on Saturday when it was 97. They had someone out super quick to help me. Ken was great, helpful and professional.ken had my air fixed in no time. I highly recommend.
