Taylor was on schedule to check out our hot water heater and get us back on track. He walked me through the issues in an understandable way and explained what we needed in terms of repairs. He showed me everything he'd one at the end and offered me his direct contact number if we had any issues later. Highly recommended.

We had a noise in our hot water heater. Patriot showed up the same day we called and diagnosed the issue immediately. Taylor also discovered a leak I did not know we had. He replaced the CRV valve and all of the plumbing needed. He was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Patriot for any needs and I will use them again when needed.

They are extremely responsive and were early for the appointment. Had our sewage line replaced due to damage. Chris and Lance made sure all issues were addressed and the yard put back together.

I Called Patriot for a Free Water Heater Replacement quote, Their tech comes and does the quote, then informs me that there is a $85 service charge, even though there was NO service done. Be AWARE you are out $85 if they come to you site. I have called several times to request refund but keep getting the "My Manager will Call you back" line. I have yet to hear from them. Not only did they "take" my 85 dollars but they were the highest quote out of five plumbers that I had come out to look at my issue. You have been warned.

After trying to fix my HVAC my self , had to call the professionals. Called early evening for an appointment and was surprised to get one for the next morning. Ken was on time and completed the work in less than 2 hours. Thank Patriot

The Patriot technician, Cory, was knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to resolve our issue. He communicated with us and followed up in a timely manner. Patriot also worked us into their service schedule the day we called as we had no heat and the weather was cold again.

This was my first time working with an HVAC company for my heating and thermostat repairs. I am both delighted and satisfied with the service that Patriot Heating, Cooling and Plumbing delivered. Tyler & Aaron were pleasant and knowledgeable. They worked through every obstacle and never gave up or grew frustrated despite the rain and windy weather conditions. They were well equipped and prompt. They kept a clean workspace with no interruption to my schedule. I will definitely be hiring them again!

Ken Aaron and Tyler did a great job! They showed up on time, worked quick,and I have air now! As a younger woman, it's easy to have a place that talks down to you or tries to upsell you, but these guys were great!

I had a leak in my master bathroom and called Patriot. They came very promptly and quickly fixed the problem for a very reasonable charge. I would highly recommend them and their employee, Noah. He was very professional, honest and arrived on time.

Patriot did a great job with the installation of my new AC. They were willing to work with me to just replace the parts I needed for a great price. Shout out to Ken and Tyler who did the install in the rain and left everything inside clean and tidy.
