During the Christmas weekend, my outside pipes froze. The stress from the event worried me because it could take weeks to fix. Patriot stepped up and scheduled me for service on January 2, 2023 in a timely manner. They responded to my calls and concerns when I needed them the most. Thank you

The water heater in our home went out hours before family was scheduled to arrive. My husband called Patriot and explained the situation and they promised to have someone come out within the hour to fix our problem. 45 minutes later, Noah was knocking on our front door. He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. He checked out our water heater and explained that we would need to replace it since it was over 20 years old. He called their shop and had another person named Aaron bring out a replacement water heater while he was doing the work to disconnect the broken one. In just a few short hours, we had a brand new, working water heater in our home. When Noah and Aaron left, they made sure there was no sign of anyone having been in our home doing work. Everything was clean and put back where it belonged. Noah even gave me his cell phone number in case we experienced any issues after our guests arrived.

I do have one positive out of this experience. Patriot did discount the bill by the amount to clean part of the floors where they tracked in mud.

The receptionist and the plumber, Lance were both efficient and professional. I was just a regular customer, with a big leak in the ceiling, but feel as though I received the service of a Queen. I highly recommend this company.
