I was actually out of the country at the time so my wife called Thompson and Thompson to unclog the drain in one of the bathrooms. Sounds easy enough but unfortunately the person was unable to move the clog. Ok understandable but then charges my wife a few hundred dollars I can't remember the exact amount . Not very impressed with their service at all I ended up buying an electric snake and getting rid of the clog myself it did take a half hour or so but purchasing the snake was way way cheaper than these guys . Just be aware if you use this company to watch what they do or don't do and the time they were there sorry for bad for you but I'd be lying if I left a good one.

Mike was very good and tried to save me money on the repair. I would have him come again. I also had Chris here doing my hvac maintenance and was able to alert me to some issues so I could have them fixed as well. Both guys was great. Definitely would recommend them.

Nick Wiggins replaced some pipes from 1960 and installed a washer box behind my washer. He did a wonderful job and was extremely nice and professional. I highly recommend this company!

This is my third project with Thompson & Thompson, and first with the plumbing group. Like my experience with Electrical and HVAC, they didn’t disappoint. I look forward to working with them in the future.

We had a water line to the refrigerator that needed to be fixed. After getting the parts, the tech had it fix in less than 30 minutes. I'm so very pleased with the service. Thank you!!!! If I every need you again I will certainly call. Again thank you.

everything was handled very professionally and i was communicated with during all steps. the technician was very friendly and even remembered me from the last time. overall, an efficient, pleasant experience

My AC went out on 4 May and it's been really hot inside my home here in Savannah, Ga. I spoke with 3 other companies to have my AC repaired only to have them make me wait to even get a date for them to come out and take a look at it. I called Thompson & Thompson on 17 May and they sent their representative out the next day!! The gentleman that came out was named Justin and he was very professional and explained everything that he was doing, so that made me feel comfortable. He diagnosed the problem, quoted me a price (which was very reasonable), and had parts on hand to fix the problem on the spot!! I'd most definitely use Thompson & Thompson again!!
