Thompson & Thompson Service Group

I have used Thompson & Thompson several times for multiple services on my house. They always come right away and advise you on what the issue is. They try to give good options on repairs.

Logan Tedrick was professional, honest and on time during my HVAC tuneup appointment.

Tim Lewis was also an honest professional who gave me all my options prior to performing my toilet replacement.

All in all I have had nothing but great service from this company and the professionals they hire

Thompson & Thompson helped us in an emergency and were excellent to work with. We had 2 techs (Cliff & Justin) and many people behind the scenes (Samantha & Megan, specicially) - ALL were extremely knowledgable, responsive and helpful!

Nigel and Lance Jr. arrived and installed a ceiling fan and tried to install a floor outlet. I had purchased the wrong one. They attempted to get another one but there was not one available. They are getting the right one from their supplier and will come back to install. I am very happy that I decided to use Thompson & Thompson. I plan to use them for all my home care moving forward.
