Technician Joe Sieczkowski came out on my emergency holiday weekend call and fixed my AC on the spot. He was courteous, friendly and came earlier than Meghan said he would. Meghan was also very friendly and calming.

Lance is a professional with whom I felt comfortable in my home. He is friendly and respectful. I was very impressed with his patience as I asked many questions which he answered in detail and thus provided me with confidence in his expertise. I am glad I once again called Thompson & Thompson for plumbing work in my home and I will certainly call them when needed again. Lance represents this company well and I appreciate his integrity.

I was very pleased with the service that I received. First, I had a plumbing inspection done and they thoroughly explained to me exactly what they were looking for and educated me about something I did not know could be harmful for my plumbing. About an hour later I had another appointment for my HVAC to be serviced. I was very surprised when it was a young lady who came and provided this service. She did a great job and even told me about some things that I could do to improve the quality of air in my home. Overall, I had a great experience and I'm looking forward to many more.

I've had their unit for about a year and it works great. The guy that sold us the unit was super cool. He explained everything well and when I called to get it set up or ask questions, they always answered them or returned my calls.

My dog recently chewed some wires and I had to call someone to come fix it, the had someone out the next day. No complaints to report 👍🏽

We had a tankless gas water heater installed. From our plumbing advisor, Rob too, the technicians, installers and electrician, all were very professional. The installation team, Will and Damien, and others, did a wonderful job. They left our home neat and clean, reviewed all our concerns and questions, and went above and beyond. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

T&T is absolutely who you need to call for plumbing solutions! T&T was fantastic! They repaired/replaced a faucet and got our pipes cleared out and working again.

We experienced poor service with Canady's, both their management team and technicians. Josh Owens from T&T completed our work in less than an hour after non-T&T technicians failed to fix our plumbing challenges over the course of multiple visits.
