This was my third or fourth Thompson and Thompson experience. Their technicians are knowledgeable, go quietly about tasks explaining as they go, and give tips on possible future repairs as some parts of my system are aging. I trust them explicitly. There is no pressure to add anything to the routine maintenance gig. They are my team!

Tim Lewis - Plumbing Service Technician - was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We found out that not only did our downstairs toilet overflow, but so did the entire row of town homes connected to ours. He was quick, friendly, and even stayed to make sure we were taken care of when he found out it was an HOA issue and his services were no longer needed. 10/10 would recommend !!!!!

Bobby came out to my home and was able to assess the situation and figure out the problem right away! I love Thompson & Thompson. Every single person I have met from there has been so kind and so knowledgeable and they will explain everything that they are doing so that you know what is going on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! We called Thompson and Thompson for a very short notice job and Sean came out to give us a quote. He was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. They gave us an amazing deal on a completely new duct system and HVAC installation. They were able to schedule the service 2 days later. Robert & Cream showed up at 8:30am and stayed until 7pm to finish the entire job! They were amazing and even got some old stuff out of the attic for us and brought it to the curb. They truly went above and beyond. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to you!!!!

We had a hard to find leak but Josh was able to figure out exactly the cause and fix it quickly for us. He gave us options on the repair and was honest and very quick. A great experience!

So far, I can't find anything negative to say about this company. Great experiences! They are super nice and helpful over the phone, and in person. They installed a brand new system, inside and out! Very happy customer 😁

Cliff was very helpful in explaining the WHY behind the issues with our HVAC system and offered several options to not only correct the issue but offered help with preventative maintenance going forward. Also, I appreciated how he used the pictures taken of the unit to help explain what they saw and what could be fixed. Would most definitely recommend this team. Very professional, responsive, thorough, and helpful!
