Bathtubs and toilets were not draining this morning. Kim, a very pleasant scheduler, was able to get a service tech to my home early afternoon. The problem was diagnosed by Josh, he then provided an estimate and corrected my problem. Afterwards he provided information on preventing future issues. I will definitely use Thompson & Thompson’s should the need arise in the future.

Great experience working with Milton, Megan, and Joy in getting estimate for hot water heater work. All have been extremely professional, prompt, courteous, and easy to work with. I am very pleased

Robbie McCullough was at my home, to check on a dehumidifier that two of your men recently installed. I have service charges for $2,294 on 3/7 and on 3/21, so I am not sure which one applied to the dehumidifier.

Nevertheless, Robbie discovered that the dehumidifier has never run, since its installation. I think it’s disgraceful that you sent two people out, giving the impression that they knew what they were doing. It is extremely important to me that the dehumidifier be doing its job daily!

I have been pleased with work done by Comfort Air, and will take nothing less than the knowledge and skill I’ve experienced from Robbie, for years. If I decide to stay with TNT, I will have to know that I will have trained, experienced, and trusted individuals like Robbie McCullough, when the time comes for service. Please advise!

I requested an inspection of my home’s electrical system. Nigel was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. My concerns were addressed and all questions answered. Our A/C unit was leaking and Dwayne was here within a few ours to check the situation out. He was very professional and even went the extra mile to replace our air filters. Great company with very knowledgeable, friendly, professionals working there. Will definitely recommend to friends

Shawn was very professional and took the time to explain to us what the issue was and how we could help keep our drains open. We were so impressed with the service and value we opted for a service plan.

We contracted with Thompson & Thompson to maintain our HVAC system because we were so impressed with their service when they installed a new range. When Chris came out to due the HVAC maintenance, he uncovered problems that our previous HVAC contractor had failed to tell us about. Chris truly went above and beyond to resolve the problems and make sure we had air conditioning during a serious July heat wave. He was professional, on-time, and very customer-focused. The quality of his service when above and beyond!

This is an update. I expressed my concern and they reacted professionally and politely.
They sent another person to review the work and they totally revamped the plumbing under the sink. They left zero mess. Jay was exceptional. This company really stands out, backs the work they do.

Original text - I have been using TNT for a few years now. I generally like their professionalism. However, I recently called to have new trap installed under the sink and shower drain cleared. They couldn't get to me until the next day, which is fine. I'm not on the premise so I am subject to their pricing. I pay $30/mo as a retainer. For the hour and half that it took Milton to clear the shower drain and replace/tighten the trap under the sink they billed me over $500. I had to ask for the discount, which ALL other servicemen added automatically. I was told, "ya I can do that". While I have had no issues with the quality, I'm confused as to how they can say reasonable prices. I may have to look elsewhere for a plumbing service. I also called to ask about the rates and was redirected back to Milton, who did not return the call. The bill simply stated snake the drain, 250+ and repair sink trap 250+. I simply feel like they have taken advantage of me at this point.

Daniel was awesome! He arrived earlier than expected and promptly got to work. Our issue was resolved in less than an hour and he did awesome work would highly recommend!
