Antonio was very helpful and informative. He shared his knowledge about my unit and how the system works and gave me tips on getting the most efficient use out of it. And that was on top of the service he performed.

Called the office to schedule an appointment and verify that they know how to deal with a chilled-water heat pump system. They say not a problem. Technician calls me to tell me he's parking outside. Don't hear from him for 30 minutes. Call him back and he said he left because he read the notes and they don't work with chilled-water heat pump system. Didn't have the courtesy to call me - just left!

This company is very professional, punctual , fair with their price and what they tell you they will do they do it. I had my HVAC system installed by Just Cooling on 5/11/2018 they came on time and they finish on time. They exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this company.

Just cooling was dispatched out to my home by my warranty company. Trae arrived on time and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed what the issue was and in no time my home was cooling off.

Antoin, the repairman who serviced my AC did a great job and was very personable. He explained how my AC works and helped me understand how to troubleshoot some of my issues for the future. After a quick chat and some freon I was cooled off again. Thanks Antoin!

Literally the worst people you can possibly think of dealing with. Save your time and money. They claim to fix the AC unit, but really they are just creating more problems so you have to call them back and pay more to fix the unit. They also fail to show up when scheduled and are incredibly RUDE! Jeremy in particular deserves to be fired.
