"Just one call that's all" - What an amazing company... and what an asset this company has in Antonio. With my home at 54 degrees - children wrapped in blankets, and complaining about the cold, I had no choice but to make that call. Fortunately, I called Just Cooling. Within an hour of my call Antonio had not only identified the problem, installed the new part, and voila warm air poured through my vents. Antonio demonstrated expert knowledge of his trade, was courteous to both myself and children, and very efficient. He took extra time to provide suggestions recommendations to ensure the most cost effective and Eco friendly way to manage my system for our future months of heat and air. I will not only be contacting Just Cooling for any upgrades but will not hesitate to recommend the company to friends and family, including my work colleagues in the Teaching profession. Excellent! I have used a few other companies and they did not come close to the service from Just Cooling Heating & Air Conditioning. Wish I knew of them when I first started having problems with my system because I do believe only 1 call and no more problems. Repairman knew his job and very professional. Recommend JCH&AC for all your heating and cooling repairs.

We connected to Just Cooling through our home warranty company. They certified Just Cooling as a reliable service provider and contacted them when we filed a claim.

One of our HVAC units started to make a loud, clicking noise, and we contacted our home warranty company. Jessica at Just Cooling called us within two hours of our filing a claim and scheduled a service call on a day and time convenient to our schedules.

Jeremy, our Just Cooling technician, called within 30 minutes of his arrival and gave us notice that he was en route. He was professional, friendly (wore shoe covers indoors as he got details from us about the issue) and worked quickly to solve our noise problem.

We are impressed with our experience with Just Cooling and recommend them highly.

I did experience some difficulties with the installation. However, the manager, Antoine, addressed my concerns and made things right. I think it should be a given that the company provides a clean air filter after a new A/C unit is installed. It makes for good customer service. Also, make sure technicians don't track in dirt when they have to install a new coil in your basement.

We began to experience warmer than normal temperatures in the house....I called HWA (my warranty company). They recommended Just Cooling Heating & Air. A young gentleman by the name of Qwest came out, replaced the compressor quickly and efficiently. He was very informative about our unit. Did not try to up sell me on anything. Very Very pleased with him and Just Cooling. We will definitely use them for any A/C, Heating needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!

Had two appointments- I waited as the windows were hours 11-4 after all that time no show. The warranty company set another appointment with this company window 4-8 again no show. No communication just keep you waiting and never show. The emergency line says to text or email guess what....no response.

Pending but I will leave this at a 1 right now. If they make it right I will upgrade it but for now I am NOT A A HAPPY CAMPER! I used Just Cooling through my Home Warranty company. They advised I needed a new unit because the old one didn't have the latest technology. So, I buy a brand new unit. The new unit doesn't generate cold air after a little while. They come out and leave still without the unit generating cold air. Then told me something different than they told my Home Warranty company as to the reason. Neither of which conclusion meaning much since the unit should be covered as it is new. Meantime in between time....still not cold air. After complaining end up getting a commitment to come back. Still waiting....and very disappointed.

I've been working with Just Cooling for about 6 months now. They have replaced one of my units and perform the preventative maintenance on my other units. They are reliable, thorough, and professional. I will continue to use them for all my HVAC and Heating needs!

Our HVAC unit would not come on. After 2 contractors had failed to determine the problem, Mark and the team at Just Cooling took the time to make a careful assessment and figure it out. I plan to use them for my maintenance due to their great service with this repair.
