Just Cooling Heating & Air Conditioning

We had just cooling come over for service through our Home warranty service, Choice and mentioned that the condensing pump is an issue and it is not covered by the home warranty and we should be paying for it ourselves. We were okay to pay for it as we saw that a condensing pump costs about $40 to $50 in Homedepot. The person who came in (Mark) said that they sell this part for $140 and not at the price of the actual cost. He has been comparing himself with stuff we get from grocery stores where they actually do a B2C business. So ultimately because my warranty sent someone from his company by paying them an $80 service fee... I am still paying them a $140 for a $50 part.. I do not know what to call this service or the company which tells you that they do charge thrice the amount of the parts that they need to replace.

First time using Just Cooling and it was a positive experience. Omar was great as he explained everything that he was checking regarding our 3 a/c units.

The tecnician arrived promptly and on time. Very professional,knowdledgeable. The problem was identified and repaired witihin 20 mins. Technician displayed excellent customer service skills. I would reccomend this company and specifically this tech to my friends and family.

NO SHOW. appointment was 4:00-8:00pm. No show, no call. Until 9:54pm. Then they called 2x. I would not have even answered, but I thought it might be some emergency. I didn’t know the number. The technician wanted to know if it was too late to come by. What? It’s 10:00 pm. You never called to update once. I politely told him no. Not tonight. Not ever.

Mark went above and beyond taking care of my ac units and installing my Nest . He took the time to explain how to take care of my units as well as setting up my Nest . Just Cooling is the only company I’ll use. Thabks

Just Cooling came today to look at my AC, which has not been working for a week. Antonio was professional and got right to the problem. He didn't only fix the unit, but also the other unit that the other company deemed needing replacement. Can't say enough how appreciative I am.

Technician Antonio Dorsey was excellent. He was very professional and explained everything to me. Customer service plus.

I've had two experiences now with Just Cooling and both times they took care of the problem with my AC unit. Or I should say Mark who is an amazing Technician.
