This company was sent out by the home warranty company in which I use for services. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and professional. Eugene informed me of things I didn’t know about my unit and not only did he fixed my problem and got my unit back up and working. Eugene very well educated me on steps to keep a good working system and gave great recommendations. By his great services, I will definitely recommend this company to anyone.

AC issue at 7pm! I called Just Cooling to explain the issue, their tech, Andrew came from over an hour away and had me up and running in less than 30 minutes. I will never use another HVAC company in Georgia! Thank you Just Cooling!!

Andrew Davis came out to check my AC unit that hadn't been working for several days and had been looked at by 3 companies before him. Upon arrival he walked me through the steps he was taking to diagnose the problem. He was thorough and explained things in terms I understood immediately. Andrew fixed the problem in no time and my house was cool in less than an hour. I appreciate his professionalism and friendly demeanor. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you!

Antoine came out to my home on time and was very professional. I needed to replace my HVAC system due to age and efficiency, and he was able to give me different options of systems that will work well and fit in the space that I needed it to. He was even able to find certain things out about my ductwork that will cool/heat the home in a better way. The options were far better in cost than all the other companies out there, plus they offered a warranty that other companies cannot even come close to.

Me and wife just moved to the area and my neighbors recommended this company to us to have our heat and air serviced. This young man by the name of Eugene was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable young man he told me and my wife the truth about our old out dated system and even worked with us on setting up some future purchases. I was shocked most people tell you it’s broke you need to replace the entire system right now be he explained and answered all our questions truthfully and still fixed our system and saved us money short term. I will be replacing my unit this winter and I would strongly recommend if anyone use this company please as for a guy by the name Eugene he will help you. From the moment I met these gentlemen and they entered my home, they were my family. As a single Mom and in between employment... having to fix or replace 2 units in a brand new townhouse was overwhelming and seemingly impossible. I was given hours of education, honest options, reliable feedback and the truest of gut feelings they were taking my best interest and realistic budget to heart. I couldn't say more about every single employee with this company from the owners, maintenance experts, to master installers... they truly do a fantastic job in every aspect. It is so apparent the honest desire to assist you in your needs and consciousness of your budget. They will deliver and stand by their promises as their word and handshake is a gentleman's contract. There is not another company or individual I have ever needed to help me service or maintain the basic but necessary equipment in my home with the level of comfort or worry from the moment we shared hellos. By far and above they exceeded anything I expected and I am blessed with their service. Truly the best experience in my life and my 83 year old father's life.(Which honestly, says it all.)They are a blessing and I only hope if you find yourself in the position to need to repair or to replace a costly appliance unexpectedly, to call them first. You'll never make another call or doubt your decision to trust you are in good hands.

Antonio was assigned to work on my rental condo in Marietta, GA by my home warranty co. He provided outstanding service. He picked up my phone calls immediately (very responsive) and communicated with me efficiently (I was out of town). He made it easy by accepting my credit card on phone and completing job. He found the AC unit missing capacitor and he did that without any hitch. EXCELLENT WORK Antonio of Just Cooling Heating & Air Conditioning!!!!!!
