My technician David of Just Cooling was exceptional on June 1. He was very thorough and conscientious of his surroundings. He answered any questions that I had and reviewed his service for that day and confirmed my renewal service agreement. Thank you David. I would recommend Just Cooling.

6-7-23 Anthony Fennell came to give me a quote for a new HVAC unit. I am a 73 year old senior. I think he thought he was 'pulling the wool over my eyes'. First he talked too - too much. I think this was his way of distracting me. His invoice is attached please see photo. WHAT A JOKE! He tried to sell me everything imaginable. Everyone I showed the invoice could not believe it. Nothing is itemized, it is written on a sheet of composition paper, and I have no idea what I would be paying for to cost me over $10,000. Some of the additional items he was trying to sell me were being given away by other companies.
LASTLY, I suspect that Anthony disconnected a screw from my unit and completely drained the freon from the unit. The day before Anthony came, I had someone offer to add freon just to take me through the summer. The day after Anthony left, the same person came back to add the freon and he stated that the freon that was there the day before had been completely drained out and I would have to get a completely new unit. I suspect the last technician was right, because it took Anthony quite some time to just determine the size of my unit in order to give me a quote. The previous technician took a quick look to determine the size and did not take nearly as long as it took Anthony. My camera shows Anthony spending time at the unit, but I could not determine exactly what he was doing. Anthony left my home and to date (6/20/23) I have not heard from him again. Guilty Conscious
PLEASE, PLEASE be mindful if deciding using this company, especially if you are a senior citizen.

Their service was excellent. The Amana unit that was installed works perfectly. It was installed without any trouble. Thanks Just Cooling!

Philippe was supposed to arrive to my unit somewhere between 10am - 2pm. I’ve tried calling and messaging a few times but to no avail. Seems like no one will be coming…

Incredibly dissapointed with this company. I called them for an AC issue a couple years ago and was advised the entire HVAC unit needed to be replaced due to a leak. $7,000 dollars later a new unit was installed haphazardly and it has broken down three times already!!

I've contacted them multiple times requesting for a new unit and they just send someone who "fixes" things but again it breaks down.

Now the heater stopped working....again...Would not recommend this company at all. The owner or management won't even call me back to make things right. Wow!

I was very impressed with my tech Alec. He came out to clean my A/C system and found concerns with my furnance.

He worked with his team to identify and qthe problem and offer great solutions.
Alec never talked down about the poor service I was getting from the other company, but stayed positive that his company will try to correct the concerns.

I signed up for their maintenance program for all of my properties.

I really appreciate the work done by this company. Our AC went down a few weeks ago and our home warranty company dispatched this company out to handle our needs. This was a blessing in disguise! Antonio was very helpful to quickly diagnose the problem. We were able to make a decision to repair our old unit or replace it it without feeling like I was dealing with a salesman. The process was smooth, our install was quick, and the prices were fair. I’d recommend them to anyone and will have them to perform annual maintenance on the unit. Great experience.

I was refereed to Just Cooling by a neighbor that recently used their service. I made an appointment with them for a time slot between 4-8 PM. Anthony showed at 6:15 on time and in good moods. I say that b/c for the last few days it's been in the mid 90's and he looked very hot! He spent all the time I needed to go over what system I needed and not what system they wanted to sell me. The last guy tried to oversell me for the price of a new truck! We were able to come up with a solution that was practical and economical. We scheduled the appointment to replace two condensing units and coils for a Saturday morning. I was told the technicians would be at my house between 9 and 11 AM. Pleasantly they showed up just after 9 AM. Both technicians were very nice and professional. Even though I told them it's OK to now cover your boots, the wouldn't do it. It took about 4 hours total to replace the systems, clean up and leave. VERY pleased with the service I received and I have one more unit to replace. When I do I will call Just Cooling!!!!

Technician: Chris, was very knowledge and professional, he worked in a speedy manner. Two different company could not diagnose and fix the issue and Chris did. The job was in Duluth, GA.

They looked at my a/c unit twice by 2 different people. No one could fix my unit and they charged me 200 bucks. They said someone else(their boss) would come out and give me a quote on a new install. He never showed up. Thanks for nothing and enjoy the 200 bucks. I hired Poland Heating and air to install a new unit. Proffesional and good price 😊
