Babs is an excellent technician providing thoughtful and friendly help. We appreciate his visits from a service as well as a personal point of view.

Very helpful technician that took the time to explain the process and gave options for future maintenance. Showed up on time and communicated the day prior as well as the morning of the appointment. Highly recommend their maintenance services!!

I called Sunday to request service for the outdoor spigot replacement due to a water leak. Able to arrange an appointment on Tuesday. Masen called in advance to let me know the estimated arrival time. He came on time and assessed the problem. Gave me quotes for three different options. The appointment was completed in 2 hours (it included the one hour for him to grab the parts at Home Depot). Although I didn’t require him to install an access panel or patch the drywall afterwards, the repair was done relatively quickly. Overall, Masen is polite, professional, punctual, and efficient.

Great customer service by Owen! Professional, personable, efficient, knowledgeable, hard worker, good communicator, very thorough! Explained what he was going to do and gave us opportunity to ask questions throughout the process. Very clear. We recommend Jordan Air for your heating and air conditioning issues.

He showed up, was super kind to the dogs that greeted him, knocked out the repair within 2 hours and was absolutely professional and kind. I had to choose the cleaning option because etheynd8nt have a plumbing review section yet. 10/10

He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and we felt as if he had our best interest in mind. We are both in sales and were both extremely impressed with his delivery of purchasing our new HVAC unit. worst company. so many problems over the years. they don't stand behind their work. they try to make money off their mistakes. over priced replacement parts, unnecessary work. ask other customers, other heat and air companies or former employees to get the truth. it's a big investment, think twice about them.

Andrew is a courteous, knowledgeable professional. He did a thorough job, on-time, with easy to understand follow-up. Jordan Air is fortunate to have him.
