Jordan Air and Plumbing

I've been using Jordan Air for several years and always receive excellent service....except for the last summer maintenance when the tech dropped a tool from the attic ladder and knocked a chunk of drywall out of the wall. I've complained 3 times with a promise to look into it. Results zero. But for excellent techs like Babacar Diop I would drop the annual maintenance contract. Guess I'll repair the wall myself.

I was having problems with my old heater, so I called and made an appointment to have them come out and check it out. Turns out mine had seen its better days. The technician suggested a new heater be installed and SOON! So that very same day, after making a few phone calls...I had a new heater installed and I LOVE IT! Thanks Jordan Air! Awesome job Keith!!!!

Jordan Air was great wish I’d used them for my initial install of my system. They were prompt, easy to work with and knowledgeable. Thanks I’ll use them from now own. Clint explained everything he was doing and I had an estimate before he left. Great work.

Installed an automatic water heater for the store bathroom.
Tim did a good job. He was courteous, professional, and completed the task in a timely manner. We have used Jordan Air for both Business (JWR Jewelers) and personally. We have never been disappointed.
