Jordan Air and Plumbing

Keith and the rest of the folks at Jordan Air and Plumbing did a great job evaluating our hot water heater problem. They recommended and installed the appropriate system and now we have hot water again. It's wonderful and they are too. Highly recommend!

Jordan Air, specifically Byron did a fantastic job repairing our AC. We came home from vacation to an AC unit not working properly. We were extremely satisfied with Jordan Air for getting someone out to us so quickly. Byron was able thoroughly assess the situation and repair it. He was very informative throughout the day and ensured we understood everything going on. We definitely recommend Jordan Air!!

Great customer service !!! The whole team is wonderful to work with. Keith was my technician for plumbing and stayed all day to get the work done. He went above the call of duty and more sum.
We just moved up this way and I am glad we chose Jordan Air and Plumbing to work on our house.

Briar was prompt and knew his stuff. He was very polite and informative. I would like for briar to be my permanent tech.

Our technician Byron was great. He spent extensive time at our home correcting issues that had been overlooked in the past. We have been a customer of Jordan Air for over 10 years and even though there were some missed opportunities with previous technicians, Byron and Jordan Air management made it right for us!

He was so great. Very nice and told me step by step what I needed in the future. Love Jordan air

**Update 7/1/22**
Finally here and making it right. New tech is very courteous and communicative. Much more satisfied with the service at this point. I hope this is what we encounter from now on.

**Update 6/30/22**. The HVAC tech finally came out for the second part of our service package. He was very openly aggravated to be at our home servicing our two units. He did change our filters which was nice, but then left and the upstairs
Furnace would not turn on. It has power and we reset the breaker several times and looked at the unit. But when we called the business three times within 2 hours, no one came or called. After 12 hours no A/C, we called in the morning and still were told we would be worked in. I’m upset that it is the fault of the company and they don’t seem to be making it right.

We purchased the plumbing check package, and we’re pleasantly surprised how easy it went. Kyle.came out and inspected every one of my 5 bathrooms, checked water pressure and even answered some questions along the way about other random items. Very nice and professional. Happy with the service so far.

Miguel was great. I like that he was more than willing to explain everything to me. Very professional.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Jordan Air. Luke was very thorough, professional, courteous, and friendly.

Clint contacted us while he was enroute to our home. He arrived and checked our Air/Heating system . During the inspection he pointed out several points about the unit’s . The outside Heat Pump had a rattle noice coming from the compressor. We scheduled a future appointment . Clint out briefed us explaining the Units were in good shape and explained in detail what Jordan Air would do in the future for us.
