Jordan Air and Plumbing

It saddens me to write this review.

My family used to really like Jordan Heating and Air and Plumbing. Just four years ago we would recommend this company to everyone. They had done an amazing job at our own house with plumbing and a new a/c unit along with the duct work. However, things have changed in the past few months. We have learned that they really don’t have 24/7 emergency service as advertised. My mother purchased a new HVAC unit from Jordan last April. It has now broken down twice within a year. Yesterday despite my mother starting to contact Jordan Air on 6/18/2023 at 11am to report her system was not working, no one returned her calls or came out to fix her unit. They had record of her calling but no one returned her calls. She left three different messages as no one answered the phones. It wasn't until I was made aware of the situation at 6:30pm that I attempted to reached out to them. Someone did answer the phone when I called and they were super sweet and showed concern over my mother not being able to reach them. They stated that they weren't sure why her phone calls were not answered, but they would forward the call to those in charge of sending the technicians out. The scheduling lady informed my mother that after my mom has tried to contact Jordan Air multiple times throughout the day, that they couldn't send a technician out to look at her unit until today, 06/19/2023. My mother is a part of the Super Air club and should have received much better service. Due to her health she runs a very real chance of getting hospitalized if she gets too hot. This is why she specifically went with Jordan because she needed a company she could rely on. When the scheduling lady called my mother and told her there was going to be a service charge for the repair man to come out, my mom was very polite about it. She simply said no she wouldn't be paying it. I called back a second time to see if a window unit could be provided to her last night. The same lady called back and once again stated that someone would be out on 06/19/2023. At this point it is 6:45pm and it is 80 degrees in the house. My fiance then decided to go ahead and go to Walmart to buy a window unit for my mom and install that in one room of her house so she could be comfortable for the night. Now, yes a technician came out this morning and has gotten her back up and running, BUT for no one to return her calls throughout the day after calling multiple phone numbers as well, was very distressing to her and myself. This company is no longer being ran the way that it once was. We have lost our confidence in them as we discovered that they don't truly have 24/7 service. I'm grateful that we had the means to handle this on our own last night, but I do worry about those that are not as fortunate as my family is.

A great company to partner with, I worked with Mr. Tim Cox. He was very professional, helpful, and very understanding. He even provided beneficial information to my fiancé and myself as new homeowners that we definitely appreciated. We will use Jordan Air & Plumbing for future services.

Jonathan is a great technician and the business operates very well on all levels. They installed a new unit for us two years ago, and they will be installing another unit for another floor of our home this month. I would definitely recommend!

Very timely, professional, and friendly. We had a problem with our well (water just shut off). Needed a new switch and the guys took care of everything. Price value was good, and the whole thing went as well as it could. Really appreciate the help and will definitely use them again!

Had them out again to help with a plumbing issue with the septic system, and luckily it turned out to just be a clog near the tank. Very glad I called them once again as the professionalism and quality of service was excellent once again.

This year they are installing a new heating and cooling unit, they were able to help us get financing for it as well.

This was the best service I have received from Jordan Air. This time, I got a guy out who didn't try to upsell me or show me what needs to be replaced. The guy who came on in the fall tried say I needed to have my air conditioner cleaned but couldn't show me where it was dirty because I had purchased it 6 months prior.

They were really professional, response time was excellent! My ac went out and I called them late Thursday evening and got a response early Friday morning and got an appointment Friday evening!Bill ended up coming out to check my unit,, and I ended up having to get a new ac/heating unit, which Todd came and gave me a few quotes on some options I had, long story short Abraham Laguna-Arellano came and installed my unit the next day! Very satisfied, he did an excellent job, he even took my fans out the window and closed them and locked up behind himself because everyone in my home was at work!!!

All members we've been in contact with for Jordan Air have been above and beyond for our needs. They are responsive and professional. We will be using them for all our AC and Plumbing needs

Great service technician, Jonathan is professional very knowledgeable about my system and I think he is the epitome of what all techs should be, he is friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I have liked all techs I have come into contact with JordanAir, but this is my second time to have Jonathan in my home and I will request him if I can the next service I have.

They are very customer oriented, professional in every way. They were extremely prompt and availability was excellent. All the technicians were very knowledgeable, answered every question, and went over and above in service. I would certainly recommend them for any need in the areas of cooling, heating or plumbing.

Doug was great as always, I was working from home and very busy but he was able to take care of everything and work with my schedule. Awesome tech I hope to get again!
