Keith was very polite and friendly. He did a thorough job checking out the plumbing. As a bonus my dog had fun with him.

Very good the mechanic is very knowledgeable of the air and heat system. Is a very good asset to Jordan air. Out of all the Mechanics he has been the best one.

This company is incredible. Both of my AC units needed replaced and Jordan Heat&Air was able to do both the next day. He was very knowledgeable and helped us with making the new units more efficient by replacing our small returns with larger ones. I would recommend this company to anyone living in the Athens area!

About the time our original mini-split was struggling to keep up last fall, we received a flier by mail for a service checkup. We phoned Jordan and a tech came out to perform a basic system check. Although this tech had never worked with mini splits before he did his best to Google etc. and do some research. It appeared our mini-split had a freon leak. Clint came out and gave us a quote for replacing and installing an additional unit downstairs. They even offered a discount if we allowed them to begin the project straight away. It was not in our budget at the time and with the end of year and holidays coming we delayed as there were no issues regarding heat use. We were trying to complete a few other projects first. We came to regret this decision as the 100 degree heat started hitting us so early this year. We had a few second opinions and ultimately decided to move forward with Jordan. We liked the fact they also had a free finance option and it was quick and easy to get approved that allowed us to add the secondary unit and not totally wreck our budget. Clint made sure the credit was in place and came out to survey the property etc., ultimately we did not like the original placement of the much larger outdoor unit by our downstairs walkway. Our old unit had been installed up on a metal brace on the side of house. We decided we wanted the placement to remain the same location away from the walkway. We worked as quickly as we could to complete a concrete pad. Our technicians Nick and Daniel were extremely professional and worker very efficiently to complete all the indoor work while the concrete pad newly installed could dry. Clint made sure the team was back out the next day (as busy as they all were) even though they had some scheduling conflicts. The team all working together went out of their way to take care of us. They were able to complete the install of two new wall units and restored air to us after months of us surviving in the miserable 100 degree weather. We greatly appreciate Nick, Daniel and Clint for helping us maintain a cool house and easing our already stressed budget from five years of DIY house building with their five year free finance option! You guys rock!

We had a leak in our garage wall. We didn't know if it came from the AC or the upstairs plumbing. Masen performed a thorough investigation and we determined the AC drain line had been pierced by a nail from siding work We had done. We were able to approach the other company and used Masen's finding to initiate some warranty work.

While Masen was here. He checked out the rest of our plumbing and noticed a few thing for future concern consistent with some issues we're having. He gave us some quotes, but no pressure. Jordan Air has earned our trust.

Jordan Air was there when needed in a timely manner to repair a main water line failure to my house. They were there same day I called them to isolate the leak, then came back the next day to install a temporary line. Followed several days later to have a new line bored in under the driveway thus avoiding cutting out the concrete driveway and not disturbing the lawn. They always followed up checking on their service peoples work and correcting to my satisfaction.

I purchased an older home and had it renovated. I start having plumbing problems with my toilet. I contacted Jordan Air and spoke to awesome representatives. They responded immediately and came out to diagnose the problem. Not only did they diagnose the problem but fixed it on the first try. The price for my problem was very reasonable. From the time I called until the completion of my problem, everyone was so professional. The thing I like most about this company is they CARE. They treated my problem like it was their home. I highly recommend Jordan Air. Totally Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!
