Jordan Air has made an amazing first impression. The same day I called, someone was at our house in just a few hours. Office staff is perfectly polite and personable, and Todd was extremely helpful in making our decision. Thank you!

We had a difficult software/programming issue diagnosed by Daniel. The problem was solved perfectly by Andrew and James after conversations with the manufacturer. James patiently explained the process and the solution. Andrew then wrote up a concise and well-thought out summary of the service call. Another satisfied customer. Superior and professional service.

In addition, Grant and Justin came out on the same day, and repaired a particularly tricky shower drain (installed too close to the floor joist) and while in the basement, discovered an installation problem with the water heater that was draining onto the gasline supply black iron, and corroding very quickly. Great detective work by those two- that could have been a serious issue. more great, above-and-beyond service.

I had an excellent and professional experience with Jordan Air. My technician was McKyle M. He was thorough in explaining what he was here to do and made sure I was abreast as he went along. I highly recommend Jordan Air for servicing any plumbing issues you may need.

Really impressed by how well the install job went. Blown away by how clean my house was left. They moved things back and plugged stuff back in. It was like they were never there. Really great job.

They take great care of their customers. They're thorough in their inspections, will go ahead and fix little things on the spot, and provide detailed quotes and payment options. What I really love is that they communicate with their office directly to get the quote, set up scheduling, and get the work done. I only need to talk directly with the technician on site and they take of the rest!

We had a problem with our septic system as it turned out which was not a function that Tim the service person performed. However, Tim went above and beyond to make sure that we could use some of our basic amenities until the septic team showed up
