Thank for hard work today you guy were great

Today with it 90 degrees out and a holiday weekend I called as a new client and my call went to an answering service. I was called back almost immediately and the service man (Scott) was at my house within an hour. The AC unit was fixed promptly and checked out to make sure there were no other issues. Scott was extremely courteous and professional. This company has now gained a customer for all future needs, normal and emergency. My only regret is that I could only rate 5 stars. I would give them 10!!! Thank you Air Heat North and let Scott know I think very highly of him as I’m sure you do. Mention Damn Yankee and he’ll know who it is. Thank you!!!

Awesome service! After initally calling out North Georgia Heating and Air, then waiting over a week on an estimate to replace my unit, , Air Heat had a tech on site and my unit repaired in just a couple hours. Would definintely recommend. Prompt, friendly, and affordable service

Called at 9 AM and Service tech Jimmy was over in a few hours.
Took care of the issue and we had heat on again.
Also thanks for taking care of our community and the elderly couple with the broken system. When the community reached out , you responded.

Scott is the man! I didn’t get the two gents names who installed our downstairs unit but they came the next day after our old unit was inspected. They installed the new unit in a few hours. Scott looked for every way possible (to my knowledge) to see what was wrong with our old unit and to save my family money while I was with him and explained in detail the courses of action that could be taken very thoroughly. Lastly the front desk answered our phone calls within a few rings and she was extremely kind and helpful. Thanks guys! -The Fords

They got here at the time they said they would and fixed my air conditioner really fast ! The person that came ( I think his name was Jimmy) was very nice!!! Definitely would recommend them!!!

Absolutely phenomenal service! Within an hour of calling the owners son was out here fixing our AC unit. Super professional, very informative on what's wrong with it and what he's doing to fix it. The pricing is fair and I don't feel ripped off on the cost of the part we needed.

Purchased a Lennox from them back in 2009 still running great. Had to have them come look at it the other day because it didn't seem to cool properly, turned out to be a hole in ductwork. Which they repaired. Quick service, trustworthy.
