Randy Bailey has such a great team. We started working with Bailey’s to do an EPB weatherization but we’ve also called them out to help us solve other problems and help with maintaining our HVAC system. They have a knowledgeable and friendly staff and we look forward to continuing to work with Bailey’s!

From the technician who came out, technicians who replaced my unit, and even the owner of the company coming out to give me a quote and giving me ideas on how to fix things on my own if I wanted to I could not appreciate their work and professionalism more. I would highly recommend Bailey's Heating and Air. We have a A/C unit that is rather old and wasn't working properly. I called them on a Saturday and they were very responsive. Allen came Monday and assessed/fixed the issue. The unit hasn't run this good in a long time and has reduced our electric bill significantly! They will be my go-to company for all my heating and air needs. Thank you Bailey's for being a cut above the rest!!

This is our second time using Baileys for instillation of a new unit(2 different houses, 2 different units) and as always they have been great! Super professional, great response time, and just great overall service. You couldn’t even tell they were there with how well they cleaned up after themselves.

The service people were great! One came out and gave an estimate on the repair, we said go ahead and within an hour the serve repair was here and had the unit operating again! Very pleased! Good work, and didn’t cost a fortune!

I had a leak in my ac system and called Baileys and got an appointment the next day, the serviceman was prompt, friendly and courteous. There was another problem that was overlooked but he was back and fixed the problem same day. Highly recommend this company.

I called Bailey's because my electric bill was climbing and EPB said I had several possible issues that could be the reason for the increase. Bailey's gave me a day and time and actually showed up a few minutes early. They did a full inspection and told me what my problem areas were and how much it was going to be to fix. The price was very reasonable and I liked how personable he was so I scheduled them to come fix the problems. Again Bailey's arrived a few minutes early to do the job. They brought several workers and completed multiple fixes in less time than I was originally told. After about three hours the job was complete and they cleaned up and left. The work was quality, the service was great and everyone was professional and nice.

Replaced our compressor under warranty. Victor was friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained the entire process and performed the work under budget. We heartily recommend Bailey's service.
