Wish I could remember the young men's who came in and install installation in my attic but I will tell you they were very professional nice courtesy and done a awesome job. It done my heart good to receive such outstanding service.

Requested quote to seal ductwork, install attic tent, and add insulation in 20 yr old house. The estimate was detailed and complete. The few questions I had were responded to quickly. They quoted time they would be on site and how long it would take to complete the work. They were very punctual and did excellent quality work, in fact my expectations were exceeded. If I needed any additional work would use them without question.

Had Bailey’s replace a 20 year old heat pump system. Price was as quoted even with the few little extra things I ask for. Installers were professional and courteous and answered every question. Cleaned up every last piece of the old system too.

Bailey's is always prompt and doesn't try to overcharge. My daughter recently had called another company who tried to overcharge her and even sabotaged the system. Bailey's tech came out and for a fraction of the price the other company quoted, had the unit repaired and running. This is the only company we will use in the future.

My parents purchased two units and installation. They were called to their home due to one unit not working properly. They were there no time and said it was fixed. It was not. Now they are told they did not install it up to code. These are elderly people and on fixed income.

Bailey's was the best !
Needed two new heat pumps and a gas furnace, and they responded quickly, with the best bid. Install was quick and smooth, with no add-ons to jack up the price. Saved several thousand dollars compared to the other North GA company that bid.

Replaced a split unit in the attic (small entry to work through but they did it without any scuffs) and the side yard. Very courteous and professional.
