Best service I have had from a HVAC company in a long time. Reliable and actually did what they came to do. I have already referred them to other people who have had the same great experience. Would highly recommend Keith!

I called Keith Heating & Air when my heat stopped working in January and they dispatched Richard out first thing in the morning to investigate. I had my own theories before he arrived, and he took the time to run through my theories and diagnose, explain and provide solutions for the actual problems at hand. I was very impressed with his knowledge and transparency and would absolutely use their services again.

Keith Heating and Air installed my system just over ten years ago. It has been pretty much trouble free since then. After ten years the theat pump quit working. I call and a tech was sent out promptly. He arrived on time and within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs.

I was impressed with the skills the HVAC tech displayed as he diagnosed my system's problem. I am very pleased with professional service I received. I just wish Freon was not so expensive (not their fault).

If I ever need a new unit, Keith Heating and Air will be my first choice.

Keith Heating & Air was wonderful! We requested a replacement estimate when our 16 year old unit stopped working in August. They not only gave us a fair estimate, they temporarily fixed the A/C without charge and installed the new unit 2 weeks later. We experienced exceptional service at a great price. I highly recommend them!

I've been using Keith since 2007 when they did the installation of new HVAC in a large remodel and addition of a 1931 home on Lookout Mountain, TN. I've used them for subsequent servicing in that home and a newer home I purchased a year ago and have always been satisfied with their work.

Zack and Richard arrived approximately 30 minutes after I called the main number. When they arrived, they were very courteous, professional, cheerful and explained what they were doing. I am very happy with their work and how quickly they were able to determine the problem, give me an estimate and then fix it the same day.

Keith & Richard were sent to my new residence and I could tell immediately that they were IT! In the future, I will will call one number and ask for 2 guys! Don’t waste your time reading more reviews, put them on speed dial!
