We bought our unit from them five years ago. I thought that was the best customer service ever, but Witt went above and beyond this week to fix our unit when multiple power outages caused the ignition switch thingamabob to fail. I will absolutely recommend Air Heat to anyone who even mentions needing an HVAC company!

We recently purchased our home and had to replace both AC units, one 5 ton unit and one 4 ton unit. We identified the issue after hours and Weston came out the next day to check our system. He gave us honest feedback on all of our options and didn't try to sell us parts or services that we didn't need. He was very personable and professional. A week later, the team (Chris and Rhett) came out to remove our old units and install new equipment. They were equally as personable and professional. In addition to doing the job they came to the house to do, they also identified a few legacy items that should have been corrected when the house was built, such as an improperly routed drain line in our crawl space. Even though it was not within their original scope of work, they cared enough to fix the other minor issues with no hassle about extra fees. It made us feel like they genuinely had our best interest in mind. Everyone that we have interfaced with from this company has been amazing and easy to work with. I would highly recommend their services and we will continue to use them in the future.

I saw the sign and had to add a review. Roughly 10yrs ago in the middle of the summer my HVAC unit suffered a catastrophic failure. If not for the guys at Air Heat being so willing to work with me I'm not sure what I would have done. The guys showed up promptly, swapped the whole split unit, cleaned everything up and were gone in just a few hours. From start to finish I have nothing but positive things to say and I absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else. Oh and the unit is still running strong! Thank you so much for helping me out guys!!!
