Air Heat

I very much appreciate the customer service free Air Heat. Jimmy came back to my home (I neglected to record this service call in my calendar). He was so very gracious even though I wasn’t there initially and he had to return. True customer oriented service.

Hard to explain the carelessness of the tech that tried to solder a reversing valve and burnt wires to my compressor and a sensor. I really wish he would’ve called and notified me before doing even more damage. Valves under warranty and not rocket science to change. Moral of the post is train your employees to tie wires back when making a repair don’t cause unnecessary damage to a unit.

^- This is the first review I left months ago with a three star review because they were so sweet but “too expensive “ well .. we have eatin our words because thank goodness they were able to come out and give us a second opinion when our new heating unit (that we regretfully had installed) had messed up three times since he installed it.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR… just get these professionals who are licensed and insured to do quality work and don’t go for just a recommendation from a friend.. these guys saved us and we are forever grateful. The company was prompt in scheduling installation of a new unit for my home. They provided exceptional service with very reasonable pricing. The technicians were very professional and they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Air Heat for your AC needs.

Let me start with, I've used the same heating & air business for years. But unfortunately the company seems to be on a fast track of self destruction. When my heating unit failed, I called them to come check it out. A RED flag went up when the kid they sent, sat outside next to the unit gazing into his iPhone trying to figure out what was wrong. An hour and a half later my unit was still not fixed and was presented with an estimate of $420 and was told of all the parts that would have to be ordered to fix it. Being suspicious of this information, I called AIR HEAT. A REAL technician by the name of Witt came and I showed him the itemized estimate from the other company. Witt fixed my unit without all these expenses parts and within 45 minutes it was operating perfectly. AIR HEAT saved me $ 330..... I'll sum up this review by saying, call AIR HEAT for your heating and air needs, because Witt has some WIT's about'em.

They came and diagnosed what was wrong and what we needed, went over options, and were in no way pushy with their sales. A few days later everything is fixed and the system hasn't sounded this good since I moved in. We are very pleased with it so far!
