Horrible company. They are untrustworthy and are looking to make a quick buck at your expense. My house is relatively new (<6 years old), and in the past year and half they have come out twice, once to replace both evap coils and another because said fix was leaking refrigerant. They couldn't find the leak, overcharged me, and apparently don't do a reliable job, as the second repair conveniently wasn't covered by their one year warranty. Plenty of better repairmen out there. Look elsewhere.

The worst HVAC company every. They came to repair my HVAC system, repairs we paid over $500 for. They then waited 3 wks to charge my debit card (which I felt was very irresponsible of them). Three wks after the repair, my HVAC unit is again not working!!! I call them back and was made to wait 4 days (in August) before they could come out to fix it. They then charge me for another service call, plus the amount to replace the part. I feel like the part that needed replacing should've been discovered 3 wks ago when the original tech came out. A part doesn't go bad in 3 wks. I will never use this company again!! I will also say this is the same company that installed the units in my home which was built in 2010. 80% of the people in my community HVAC units have had an issue (some in as little as 4yrs). So either this company is not good at their job or the parts being used are terrible!!

Beware!! I was quoted $148 two weeks ago to replace a capacitor, which they did not have in stock. They tried to overcharge me $350, which includes time to locate a capacitor and the cost of the second visit. Really!!! There is no way I was paying $350. Who charges for time to locate a product that they should have had in the first place? I have never heard of such nonsense. Then trying to charge for a second visit. Use a reputable HVAC company...NOT this one!!!!!!!!!
