We use them on an annual contract. So far we have been very happy. We just had them come and the guys came and checked filters. Changed filters, cleaned around the duct work if needed. They filled up the AC unit for the heat. They also fixed a vent on the side of my house where the birds had broken it out and were going in and building nests. We are very happy so far with this company!!

My home is four years old. Superior installed the AC units when the home was built. On July 7, 2020, upon arriving home I notice plaster/drywall from my ceiling on my steps. The ceiling had a wet spot and a huge bubble on it. I look at my AC unit in my attic and the base pan is almost filled to the top with water. I called Superior and they said they could not send a technician until July 27th. I expressed the urgency of the situation because the unit is in my attic and it looks like it may fall through my ceiling. The representative said to give her a second so she can talk to her manager. She came back and said that they can send a technician on July 17th. I said I can’t wait for 10 days. She said that I can contact another servicer. I did and was able to get a technician out the same day. He informed me that my unit has a float switch, which should cause the system to shut down if the water in the base pan raises too high. He said that my unit didn’t shutoff because when SUPERIOR installed the unit they left a gap on the side of the pan, therefore the water was pouring out before it reached the level to shutoff. Had it been installed properly I wouldn’t have $1500 in water damage.

Don’t waste your time with this company if you are looking for a company that will provide on time reliable service, especially if you do not work from home and have a work schedule that requires you to be in the office. Superior will not schedule an appt time and only provides a window. Your options are morning or afternoon.

I have had a service contract with the company for the past 4 years. The main reason I went with Superior is because Superior did the install for the builder.

Over the last few years, the arrival time and unreliability of the technicians has progressively worsened .

For my scheduled summer service, this is the 3rd time my appt has gone awry. On the first appt, an install was scheduled prior to my appt in the morning, and by 11:15 am the office couldn’t confirm a time the tech would arrive; therefore I canceled and rescheduled.

The rescheduled day, I called around 11:30am to inquire what time the tech might arrive, and was told I was not on the schedule!

So here we are on the 3rd day.
Earlier today, I missed the technicians call at 12:48pm, and within 6 minutes I returned his call only to be told he was moving on to another client and I will be next on the list.

It is now 3:35PM and just got off the call with the office staff who don’t seem to have any concerns about clients or clients being inconvenienced. Was told the tech will be here in 20 minutes. Well guess what?, I’m still waiting.

After taking 3 days of vacation to wait for technicians, I can tell you this is the last straw!
