We woke up to our furnace not working and cold in the house. I called Montell Heating and Air that morning and he was available that morning to come out and service our unit. Unfortunately it was over 19 years old and he said it was not worth fixing due to saftey as it had corroded some near the burners. He gave me an estimate and added the 4 inch air filtration system for free. We had it installed the next day.

This company is responsive, honest and friendly. The two areas where he worked was cleaned up as well. I would recommend this company for service, repair and replacement.

I contacted Montell Heating & Air. Late in the day. Frank responded right away and was on site within 30 minutes . I had replaced a part (start capacitor) on the AC unit but the compressor would still not come on. Moments before Frank arrived the compressor started working properly. Frank explained how the compressor may have needed to cool before my new part would help. He double checked my work and also checked the Freon charge. His courtesy and professionalism was excellent. I appreciate that he went out of his way to stop by even though it was after hours. I highly recommend him. Its great to find an honest HVAC tech. Thank so much!

We just had the basement and a 3rd car garage finished in our new home. Both areas need a complete HVAC system including duct work. We called Montell Heating & Air. They provided and estimate, scheduled the work and arrive promptly. Professional service with reasonable pricing. Highly recommend Montell Heating & Air.

After troubleshooting my hvac unit on my own, I got to a point where I realized I need to call a professional. I had never used Montell heating and air but I saw one of their business magnets on my HVAC unit so I called the number and spoke to Fransisco.. he showed up next day, he was right on time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. After the right parts were replaced he stuck around to test the system… THAT’S when he discovered something was very wrong. Apparently a rodent had chewed through some wires in the attic. Fransisco could have ripped me off at this point and told me I needed a bunch of new parts or a new unit.... but he didn’t do that…. He was honest with me, he let me know the truth and he didn’t even charge me extra to run the new wire. I’ll be sure to tell everyone to use Montell Heating and Air from here on out.
